About the role

Requirements

• University degree, majoring in silicate process.
• More than 10 years of working experience in the same position within the cement industry.
• Familiar with cement technology and comprehensive thermal engineering knowledge.
• Familiar with the performance and configuration of various refractories.
• Has comprehensive Industry standard knowledge and experience with the production process.
• And be familiar with the application and adjustment of various operating parameters.
• Master the Company's quality control indicators and Operating program.
• Familiar with the remote DCS operating system and the working principle of the DCS system to judge faults (distributed control system).
• Able to grasp the colour difference changes of the high temperature cameras, and judge the calcination changes of the materials in the kiln.
• Can operate the infrared temperature sensing system (cylinder scanner) to judge the kiln Temperature changes.
• Expert use of OA system and ERP system.
• Can ensure that various technical indicators and economic indicators meet the company's requirements.
• Efficient troubleshooting during the production process minimizing down time.
