About the role

Job Purpose: The Branch Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that daily branch operations run efficiently, staff perform their duties effectively, stock and financial controls are maintained, and operational objectives are achieved under the guidance of the Branch Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Branch Operations: Supervise daily branch operations, staff allocation, security, housekeeping and workflow.• Stock & Inventory: Oversee receiving, stock counts, transfers, adjustments, claims, investigations and shrinkage control.• Financial & Administrative Management: Monitor cash-ups, petty cash, payments, salary inputs and submit accurate operational reports.• Staff, Sales & Customer Service: Supervise and develop staff, monitor performance, support sales targets and maintain customer relationships.• Compliance & Systems: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, audit controls and accurate use of company systems. **Company Contact:** Address: 59-61 Rensburger Street, Lafrenz Windhoek, KH, Namibia Phone: 061 233 192 Website: http://https://motovac.com/
