About the role

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing the full-chain management of the company's sales and procurement activities; responsible for drafting contracts and agreements, qualification review, credit assessment, and business negotiations. • Monitor market dynamics information, organize the collection of relevant industry policies, client information, etc. • Manage public relations with clients of various engineering projects, supplier management, and sales channel development. • Handle business negotiations regarding executed sales contracts and agreements within cement sales, including amendments to relevant terms; propose review opinions and corrective measures. • Organize external quotations for various exercises including but not limited to; project bidding, business negotiations, contract signing, and other sales and procurement discussions. • Regularly and accurately submit sales and procurement operational data to the General Manager, providing data support for the company's operational adjustments. **Company Contact:** Address: 17 Cleveland Farm Otjiwarongo, OD, Namibia Phone: 0812622544 Website: http://

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering and/or Marketing;
• More than 8 years of practical experience in project organization, implementation, and management, with demonstrated ability to coordinate and solve problems during the actual operation of engineering projects.
• Familiar with international engineering standards and specifications, FIDIC Red Book and Yellow Book contract clauses, as well as JBCC contract management in the Southern African sphere.
• Hands-on experience in project management for new railway, highway, and bridge construction.
• Excellent business negotiation skills, able to safeguard the company's core interests during negotiations and skilled in reaching win-win solutions.
• Proficient in Excel data analysis, capable of using Python data aggregation and report analysis; able to produce statistical analysis reports to support management decision-making and provide accurate recommendations for critical and comprehensive decision making.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages.
