About the role

• Write relevant reports on time every week or month in Chinese and English • Responsible for the interpretation and translation of relevant documents, reports, notices, meeting minutes in Chinese and English • Responsible for participating in the preparation and draftion of work plans for production coordination and actively coordinating production information in Chinese and English • Help the department. and office or workshop to do the bilingual trainings in Chinese and English for both local and Chinese employees • Responsible for the daily production progress; keep equipment intact, staff attendance and other data collection and collation in Chinese and English • Cooperate with workshops or departments to complete various production and no-production activities in Chinese and English • Provide all kinds of data and statistics in Chinese and English timely according to system and requirement • Provide all required documents and reports accurately and completely in Chinese and English • Cooperate with the financial department of the company to do inventory, collect, and sort out the monthly statements carefully, and report to the leadership and related departments in Chinese and English timely • Responsible for the formulation, organization, and implementation of technology and business skills training for Chinese and local employees • Communicate with both local and international clients and services and goods suppliers in Chinese and English • Other translation and interpreting jobs arranged by local and Chinese managers. **Company Contact:** Address: 17 Cleveland Farm Otjiwarongo, OD, Namibia Phone: 0812622544 Website: http://

Requirements

• University degree
• Excellent English and Chinese language communicating ability and skills
• Abilities of bilingual translation and interpreting in Chinese and English
• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, directors of various departments, in Chinese and English
• Able to read, write and speak Chinese excellently as communication with the group companies must be done in Chinese
• Further all reports between group companies
• Must be done in Chinese after which it will be translated to English
• Be the direct liaison between the company in Namibia and head office and local and foreign investors
