About the role
Invitation for Bids for Small Works, one-envelope bidding process. The project involves the construction of Bulk Pipelines, Reservoirs and Manifold Water Meter Installations for the Ruacana South Water Supply Project Phase 1. The general scope of works includes: 20 branchlines connected to existing bulk pipeline, elevated storage reservoirs, livestock water points, and manifold water meter installations. The contract period is 24 months.
Requirements
- Eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework
- Submission of a written application for bidding document
- Payment of a non-refundable fee of NAD 1,500 for the bidding document via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Provide Bid Security of NAD 3,200,000
- Adherence to the Procurement Framework
- Disclosure of beneficial ownership
