JOIN US IN BUILDING THE FUTURE TransNamib Holdings Limited (TNHL) is Namibia’s national rail operator, responsible for managing and operating the country’s rail network. The organization provides freight and passenger rail services, playing a vital role in supporting Namibia’s transport infrastructure, economic development, and regional connectivity. • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or an equivalent qualification. • Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience in marketing, sales and business development, including two (2) years at senior management level, with exposure to economic research. • Valid Certificate of Conduct, not older than six (6) months. A record will not automatically disqualify candidates. • Sound knowledge of marketing, sales, business development and economic research. • Strong marketing, sales, negotiation, management, analytical and computer literacy skills. • Demonstrated assertiveness, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial flair, innovation, initiative, independence, flexibility, integrity and effective time management. • Resource management. • Business development. • Strategic marketing. • Market research. • Tariffs and contract administration. • Administrative duties. **Company Contact:** Address: Cnr.
