About the role

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch • Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes and reconciliations • Optimise warehouse layout, space use and workflow • Coordinate with transport, port and clearing teams on inbound and outbound cargo • Enforce health & safety, security and housekeeping standards • Manage the warehouse budget, equipment and maintenance, and report on KPIs • Lead, roster, train and develop supervisors, clerks and general workers **Company Contact:** Address: Windhoek, Khomas Region, Namibia Windhoek, KH, Namibia Phone: +26461250348 Website: http://www.elevatenamibia.com

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations Management
• Minimum 5 years' warehouse experience, including 2 in a management role
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and inventory control
• Knowledge of port, customs and freight-forwarding processes is an advantage
• Strong MS Excel, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and people-management ability
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Walvis Bay
