Requirements
- Relevant qualifications, Degree or Diploma in Culinary arts
- 5 years+ working experience in large enterprises or hotels
- Independently produce meals for at least 30 people
- Familiar with the preparation of various Chinese dishes, pasta making and Asian Cuisine in general
- Food preparation in line with Asian Cuisine Standards
