About the role

To manage supplier accounts and finance administration by processing invoices, reconciling accounts and statements, preparing payments, and performing bank reconciliations. The role ensures accurate financial records, resolves supplier queries, and supports compliance with financial procedures. • Manage and maintain accurate supplier/creditors accounts. • Process invoices, prepare payments and reconcile supplier statements. • Perform bank reconciliations and financial forecasts. • Investigate production variances and conduct stock-take investigations and related stock functions. • Resolve supplier and departmental queries promptly. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures. **Qualifications** • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent. • Namibian citizenship. **Experience** • 3–5 years’ experience in creditors and finance, preferably within a manufacturing environment. • Experience with supplier reconciliations and accounts. • Experience performing bank reconciliations and financial forecasting. • Experience with stock-take investigations and production variance analysis. • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Sound knowledge of accounting principles. • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and under pressure. • Strong problem-solving ability. • Confident, focused and assertive. • Ambitious, enthusiastic and energetic. • Good presentation skills. • Fluent in English and Afrikaans; other local languages advantageous. • Own reliable transport.
