Requirements

  • Namibian citizenship
  • Relevant Accounting degree/qualification.
  • 2 – 3 Years’ experience in accounts administration will serve as an advantage,
  • Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Oracle)
  • Excellent numerical skills and time management skills are essential.
  • Responsible for payment of creditor invoices and creditor reconciliations from medical and ICT service providers
  • Liaison with medical and ICT service providers regarding their accounts
  • Attending to queries
  • Responsible for creating requisitions and generating Purchase orders
  • Maintain control environment
  • Follow up on long outstanding orders and investigate Goods receipt not paid
  • Compares costs with budget
  • Handles general accounts queries
  • Responsible for transaction processing
  • Keep record of financial transactions
  • Keep supplier account details up to date
  • Processing and allocation of project costs
