About the role

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum 10 years' experience in quantity surveying, contract administration or project management in the construction industry, including water or civil infrastructure projects
• Experience in tendering, cost estimation, interim payment certificates, variation orders and final accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for programme planning and progress tracking
• Experience working within the management system of a Chinese contractor will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract will be an added advantage
