Position: Superintendent: Planning & Reliability (X1) - PermanentLocation: Twin Hills Gold Mine Sitte (Karibib) **Special Requirements:** • Ensure a reliable and stable power supply to support continuous processing operations. • Ensure compliance with electrical safety and statutory requirements. • Manage vehicle and support-equipment maintenance and availability. • Oversee Central Workshop maintenance, fabrication and repair activities. • Coordinate support services with Operations, Plant Maintenance and Planning & Reliability. • Monitor equipment reliability, availability, backlog and maintenance costs. • Ensure critical spares and technical resources are available. • Lead investigations into significant electrical and support-equipment failures. • Develop and maintain technical competency and authorisations **Company Contact:** Address: 13 Feld Street Windhoek, KH, Namibia Phone: 061 227 983 Website: http://www.osinoresources.com/

Requirements

• [Job Specifications:]
• Grade 12
• BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years maintenance experience including 3+ supervisory/management level;
• Processing plant/mining experience.
• Valid Namibian Driver's Licence
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
