About the role

• Providing and achieving compliance (+FIMA) with the normal day-to-day retirement fund and employee benefit consulting services to a client portfolio, drive new business strategy • Exposing clients to Alexforbes' best practice consulting tools, with the intention of providing added strategic value to clients • Achievement of defined portfolio revenue targets, follow up outstanding debtors within portfolio and key performance indicators • Cross selling of other services within Alexforbes • Planning, implementing and montitoring key performance indicator projects as defined from time to time by management • Support for, and commitment to, the development of direct reports by ensuring and facilitating their participation in the various educational initiatives that are made available to consultants at all levels **Special Requirements:** • Own transport and drivers’ license essential • Remote/hybrid working conditions **Company Contact:** Address: Corner of Independence Avenue & Fidel Castro Street Windhoek, KH, Namibia Phone: +264 61 293 7003 Website: http://www.alexforbes.co.za/Namibia

Requirements

• Must be a graduate (Commerce/Economics/Finance/Law)
• CFP or CFA will be advantageous
• At least 7 years employee benefit consulting, retirment funds / risk insurance / investment experience
• At least 4 years management experience
• Strong knowledge of employee benefit industry
• Strong knowledge of pension funds and related legislation
• Advanced relationship building & networking skills at all levels
