About the RoleA Merchandiser is responsible to manage in-store or online product displays, stock levels and inventory data to maximize sales and profits.RESPONSIBILITIES: • Visual Displays: Set up eye-catching product arrangements, promotional endcaps, and shelf layouts using brand plans (planograms). • Inventory Control: Restock shelves, track stock levels, and rotate older products to the front to prevent spoilage or damage. • Data Analysis: Review past sales numbers and trends to predict future product demand and manage stock amounts. • Pricing & Promotions: Ensure price tags and promotional signs are correct, visible, and updated for sales events. • Supplier Communication: Work with vendors, buyers, and store managers to plan product ranges and delivery schedules. • Macmobile – Ensure accurate in-store reporting on App **Special Requirements:** • Strong attention to detail for precise inventory counts and neat displays. • Good interpersonal skills to work with store teams and vendors. • Basic math and data skills to interpret sales reports. • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes • Fluent in Afrikaans and English • Time Management • Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged applicants **Company Contact:** Address: Unit 1&2, Diamond Square,Ruhr Street, Northern Ind. Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years FMCG/Sales experience
- Valid Code of conduct
