About the role
To provide general medical consultations and primary healthcare services, assess, diagnose and manage HIV/AIDS and other common conditions. Requirements
- Bachelor of Medical and Bachelor of Surgery 9MBCHB/MBBC) or equivalent recognised medical qualifications
- The applicant must be appropriately registered or eligble for registration with Health Professions Councils of Namibia (HPCNA) as a amedical practioner.
- At leat five (5) years post-internship clinical experience preferable in genral medical practice/primary heathcare.
- Ability to work indepentenly and under pressure with minimal supervison
- Strong clinical assessment and patient - managemnet skills
- Ability to manage common acute and chronic medical conditions, including HIV/AIDS
- Competence in appropriate maternity/reproductive healthcare and minor procedures within scope of practice
- Good Communcation and interpersonal skills appropriate clinical record keeping and
- Ability to contribute to the effective management of the practice.
