Accounting Manager

About the role

Oversee the accounting department, ensuring statutory compliance and client commitments. This includes managing, mentoring, and training accounting staff, assisting partners with assignments, and assessing the competency of accounting trainees. Perform on-the-job staff training.

Requirements

• BCom in Accounting Degree
• Minimum 5 years working experience post Articles, with at least 3 years at supervisory level
• Registered as practising member with NIPA and/or ICAN
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards
• Valid Driver’s licence Code B
• CA or ACCA designation (advantage)
• English language proficiency
