About the role

Operate and manage multilayer blown film extrusion lines while maintaining production, quality and safety standards. The role also provides technical guidance, training and skills transfer to production staff. • Operate and control 3-layer blown film extrusion machines. • Set up machinery and optimise process parameters. • Monitor film quality, thickness and output consistency. • Troubleshoot production issues and minimise downtime. • Supervise shifts and ensure safe work practices. • Train and develop junior and local production employees. • Coordinate with maintenance teams on mechanical issues. • Maintain production targets and quality standards. **Qualifications** • Technical qualification in Plastics, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or a related field will be an advantage. • Relevant extrusion or machine-operation training/certification will be an advantage. **Experience** • 8–10 years' hands-on experience in blown film extrusion. • Minimum 3 years' direct operational experience on 3-layer blown film extrusion lines. • Experience with HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE processing. • Experience with multilayer and/or monolayer extrusion systems. • Experience supervising, training or developing production teams. • Strong technical and extrusion expertise. • Mechanical troubleshooting skills. • Machine setup and process optimisation. • Leadership and team supervision. • Training and coaching ability. • Strong quality and safety awareness. • Good problem-solving skills. • Good English communication skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Willingness to train and transfer knowledge to fellow employees.

Requirements
