- At least 5 years' experience in a Senior Sales managerial capacity
- Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting
- Ability to manage, motivate, and improve a team to achieve company goals
- Demonstrate problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Availability to travel as and when required
