About the role

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in line with the Cambridge curriculum, with a particular emphasis on Junior Secondary learners aged 14 to 16 and, ideally, Cambridge IGCSE and AS & A Level classes as well. · Differentiate instruction and provide additional support where necessary, including extra classes and individual assistance. · Set, mark and moderate assessments, monitor learner progress and report to parents and management. · Make meaningful use of educational technology – AI and emerging tools, Moodle and other digital platforms, tablets and interactive technology – and move beyond traditional, teacher-centred methods. · Maintain excellent classroom management and build positive, respectful relationships with learners, with an understanding of the academic, social and emotional challenges of this age group. · Work collaboratively with colleagues, contribute to the wider school community and engage in continuous professional growth. **Company Contact:** Address: 8 Kühnast Str Swakopmund, ER, Namibia Phone: 064-463280 Website: http://www.pss.com
