About the role

• Plan, schedule and optimise daily fleet operations and vehicle utilisation • Manage preventive maintenance, workshop and service providers • Monitor fuel usage, tracking/telematics and driver performance • Ensure roadworthiness, licensing, permits and cross-border compliance • Lead health & safety, incident management and insurance claims • Control the fleet budget and report on costs and KPIs • Supervise, train and develop drivers and fleet staff **Company Contact:** Address: Windhoek, Khomas Region, Namibia Windhoek, KH, Namibia Phone: +26461250348 Website: http://www.elevatenamibia.com

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transport or Supply Chain Management
• Cross border fleet management non-negotiable, ideally including Zambia, DRC, Botswana and Zimbabwe.
• Minimum 5 years' fleet management experience, including 2 in a supervisory role
• Sound knowledge of the Road Traffic Act and SADC cross-border requirements
• Experience with fleet management / telematics systems and MS Excel
• Valid driver's licence (Code C/EC an advantage)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Walvis Bay
