Positions: 1 | Posted: 27-10-2026 Purpose Statement:To manage the processes, teams and resources accountable for in-bound and out-bound logistics in a warehouse, contributing to operational effectiveness, client / customer satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability and compliance to relevant policies and regulatory requirements Duties: • Lead, manage and motivate a team of employees consisting of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Invoicing Clerks, Forklift Operators, Stores Assistants and Office Support. Co-ordinating daily operations and communications while identifying opportunities to streamline operational practices develop consistency, increasing capacity and explore potential expenditure savings; • Fostering an environment of best practice, developing staff to achieve goals and vision of the company; • Motivate internal relations and skills development; • Follow through with disciplinary inquiries, counselling and staff training. Mentor and Coach Staff; • Picking outward bound stock off Picking Slips and Goods Issued Vouchers from various warehouses and loading into own and third-party delivery trucks. • Maintenance and housekeeping of warehouse and stock. • Managing operations and maintenance of delivery vehicles. • Manage operational risk and risk mitigation initiatives. • Monitor and report on progress against operational plans and make adjustments where required. • Stock taking and general stock related duties. • managing the stores personnel to perform the abovementioned operational duties • Monitoring and managing procedural process of all inward stock for the company into the various warehouses and stores; • Managing the process to ensure reconciling of CGI’s, GRV’s and adjustments to supplier’s delivery notes and recording all shortages, damages and claims; • Managing outward bound stock with regards to Picking Slips, loading trucks in accordance with company policy and driver code of conduct. Own as well as third party trucks. Ensuring efficient picking of orders for Despatch; - operations managers • Stock Inventory Management; • Manage overtime to ensure optimum efficiency whilst staying in line with budget; • Coordinate activities with other departments; • Mobilise and motivate the team to deliver optimal quality, quantity and service; • Maintain HACCAP and Health & Safety Standards; Special Requirements: • Grade 12 certificate • Related qualification will be an added advantage • At least 10 Years related industry experience; • A thorough understanding of ERP systems with regards to Warehouse and distribution management; • Experience in leading a team of 20 people and more; • Knowledge of FMCG processes; • Working knowledge of Bonded warehousing, HACCAP and Health & Safety Standards; would be an added advantage Company Contact: Address: 33 Nickel Street, Prosperita Industrial, Windhoek, Khomas, Namibia Windhoek, Namibia Phone: 0026461415050 Website: http://
