Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect only what the service needs, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted any time. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, and a password (stored only as a secure hash — we never see or store the actual password). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Your CVs: if you upload a CV, we store the file so you can attach it to applications and get AI feedback. Only you can see it.
Activity you choose: jobs you save, searches you set alerts for, applications you send through the site, and job view counts.
How we use it
To run the service: showing you listings, keeping your shortlist across devices, and sending the job alerts and closing-soon reminders you asked for.
AI CV feedback: when you request a CV review, the text of your CV is sent to our AI provider (Google) to generate your score and suggestions. It is used only to produce that feedback.
We do not sell your personal information, ever.
Who else sees your data
Hosting and infrastructure: the site runs on Vercel, and our database and email delivery are provided by managed cloud services.
Google: account sign-in and the AI CV review described above.
When you apply for a job, your CV and details go directly to the employer you applied to — we do not send them anything on your behalf without your action.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from job alerts at any time from your account page.
You can delete your CVs from your account page.
Want everything wiped, or have a question about your data? Email denuariua@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
Cookies & local storage
We use a small set of cookies to keep you signed in, and local storage on your device to remember your shortlist and preferences between visits. No advertising or tracking cookies.
