If you have the talent and the drive, we’d love to welcome you to our dynamic team and develop with us.The Senior Strategic Investment Analyst is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring the performance of the equity portfolio and Project Preparation Fund (PPF), and providing technical expertise in project preparation, due diligence, and the structuring of complex debt and equity transactions.KEY PERFORMANCE AREASSupport the development and implementation of innovative investment strategies, including Public- Private Partnerships (PPPs), to attract and secure strategic equity investment opportunities aligned with the Bank’s growth and development objectives.Review equity investment project according to the guidelines provided by the Equity Investment Framework and prepare the relevant investment memoranda, project proposals and submissions for the relevant decisionmaking body within the Bank.Monitor and control equity investments and determine the performance requirements of the investment project in terms of the Framework and assist in the preparation of quarterly investment review reports. Conduct due diligence and otherproject assessments to support the identification, structuring, evaluation,and motivation of large and complex financing opportunities. Participate in multi disciplinary teams to develop and execute strategic projects from concept to implementation, leading the identification and resolution of project execution issues and coordinating external stakeholder contributions throughout the project lifecycle.Conclude legal agreements, participat In project steering committees and coordinate the disbursement process for the equity investments and Project Preparation Fund (PPF) after approval. Contribute to the effective management of the Project Preparation Fund (PPF) by conducting further investigationsdue diligence, and other assessments of projects identified for potential support under the PPF. Analyse, review, recommend and drive the approval of equity investment proposals, strategic structured loan transactions and syndicated loans as well as PPF proposals for credit approval.
