About the role
To provide strategic, professional and administrative leadership in the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of employee wellness programmes within the Ministry of Finance. The incumbent will ensure the provision of effective psychosocial support, employee assistance, workplace wellness interventions and social work services that promote employee well-being, productivity, resilience and organisational effectiveness.

Requirements
- Registration as a Social Worker with the Health Professions Council of Namibia
- Five years appropriate work experience
- Certified copy of maintenance card with Health Professions Council of Namibia for 2026/2027 must be attached
