Positions: 1 | NEIS Category: Senior Management | Employment: Full time / Permanent | Posted: 30-10-2026 The incumbent of the position will report to the audit Partner and will be responsible for spearheading the Audits in line with the laid-out auditing standards, firm policies and procedures. The incumbent will manage audit teams, provide technical guidance, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring quality and efficiency in all deliverables. • Planning, budgeting and setting timelines for upcoming audits. • Brief the Audit Team on their responsibilities and expectations and monitor their progress. • Maintain a control schedule for deadlines, bills and deliverables and make changes if need be. • Keep the Partner and all relevant stakeholders up to date with all issues and proposed action plans. • Ensure the audit process is in line with applicable standards by reviewing the work papers of the audit team. • Increasing client base by submitting audit proposals. • Manage regulatory compliance. • Manage all stakeholder engagements. • Perform any related task as and when required. Requirements
- Qualified chartered accountant or ACCA.
- Registered Assessor.
- Completed Audit Development Program will be an added advantage.
- The use of Caseware for audit purposes will also be an added advantage.
