About the role

• Maintain accurate stock records on the inventory / warehouse management system • Plan and run cycle counts and month-end stock takes • Investigate and reconcile stock variances, losses and damages • Verify receiving and dispatch documents against physical stock • Monitor stock levels, ageing and slow-moving items; flag reorder needs • Process stock adjustments and transfers within approved controls • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports for management **Company Contact:** Address: Windhoek, Khomas Region, Namibia Windhoek, KH, Namibia Phone: +26461250348 Website: http://www.elevatenamibia.com

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory or stock control in a warehouse environment
• Salesforce experience will be an advantage
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Strong numerical ability, accuracy and attention to detail
• High level of integrity and honesty
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Walvis Bay
