Positions: 1 | Employment: Permanent | Posted: 06-11-2026 We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and hands-on Lodge Management Couple, to lead the day-to-day operations of Kalahari Anib Lodge, ensuring exceptional service delivery and creating memorable, highly personalised guest experiences. The successful candidates will be a passionate hospitality professional with proven leadership capabilities, a strong operational background and the ability to inspire, motivate and manage a diverse team across all departments. With a hands-on management approach, you will oversee and coordinate daily operations, drive service excellence, and ensure that every aspect of the guest journey reflects the highest standards of quality, professionalism and attention to detail. This role calls for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented couple, who is equally confident in operational management, administration, staff development and guest relations. You will lead by example, foster a culture of accountability and teamwork, and ensure that our guests receive exceptional, VIP-level hospitality throughout their stay. Above all, we are looking for a couple with a genuine passion for hospitality, a strong commitment to excellence and the ability to bring the unique character and natural beauty of the Kalahari surroundings to life through authentic, unforgettable guest experiences. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury lodge management or high-end hospitality management.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences to VIP and high-profile clientele.
• Strong luxury service morality with meticulous attention to detail and presentation standards.
• High level of professional discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
• Advanced guest relations and hosting expertise, including conflict resolution with diplomacy and tact.
• Demonstrate leadership in managing multicultural teams with premium service environments.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and create memorable, custom-made experiences.
• Strong brand ambassadorship, representing Gondwana Collection Namibia in an exclusive, professional and polished way.
• Excellent fine dining, wine, and premium service knowledge (advantageous).
• Operational excellence across all lodge departments with a focus on seamless luxury delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills suited to international and high-end guests.
• Strong financial literacy, including cost control and revenue optimisation.
• Ability to remain composed, solution-driven, and decisive in high-pressure environments.
• Advanced organisational and logistical planning for exclusive events, private groups, and special requests.
• Passion for sustainability and conservation aligned with premium eco-tourism standards.
• Valid Driver's License.
