Positions: 1 | NEIS Category: Skilled | Employment: Full time / Permanent | Posted: 27-10-2026 • All wizard related Rental transactions on a daily basis • Will need to handle and bank cash also ensure Insurance Refunds are done daily • Petty Cash Claims weekly • Would need to handle customer queries on a daily basis • Must have Rates and waiver knowledge • Deliver effective and enthusiastic service to the customer satisfaction • Handle Breakdowns/Accidents in and around the country as per Avis processes. • Assist Walk ups and finalize rental transactions • Assist walk in customers with reservations in Namibia and South Africa or as required • Ensure shuttle VTC as opened • Handle/Take in all Service vehicles at various Dealers • Explaining and Understanding the Rental Agreement • Petrol Accruals and Daily Cover Pages • Email etiquette • Early and Late Flights that arrive and long working hours.
