Ready for a new adventure? Come and join us in Namibia! One Tree Montessori is a small, welcoming Montessori school in Swakopmund, Namibia. German is a compulsory subject across all grades and is taught both as a first and a foreign language. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and curious individual to join our primary school team and inspire children in Grades 1–7 to develop a love for the German language. No Montessori qualification? No teaching experience? That's absolutely fine! We welcome applications from career changers and school leavers. What matters most is excellent German language proficiency (C1 minimum, ideally native-level), good English skills and a genuine willingness to learn. We will support you throughout your induction and cover the costs of a four-year Montessori teacher training programme. • Plan and deliver engaging German lessons as both a first and foreign language to students in Grades 1–7. Requirements
- Native-level German or at least C1/C2 proficiency.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
