Old Mutual is a firm believer in the African opportunity and our diverse talent reflects this.Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for performing general HR/Learning Administration, providing process and client support and is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.Minimum Requirements.Namibian Citizenship.Grade 12 with 25 Points;1-3 years HR Administrative Experience.Relevant degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology will be an advantage.A combination of generalist and specialist HR knowledge.Knowledge of HRM systems.Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Strong planning, organizing and time management skills.High energy levels and a team player.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to work independently; andExcellent communicator with a passion for customer service and relationship building. Requirements
