Positions: 1 | NEIS Category: Middle Management | Employment: Full time / Permanent | Posted: 30-10-2026 The incumbent of the position will report to the audit manager and will be responsible for spearheading the Audits in line with the laid-out auditing standards, firm policies and procedures. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of financial audits and assurance engagements. The incumbent will lead audit teams, provide technical guidance, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring quality and efficiency in all deliverables. • Assist with planning, coordinate, and supervise audits and assurance engagements. • Lead, mentor, and evaluate junior auditors and staff accountants. • Maintain a control schedule for deadlines, bills and deliverables and make changes if need be. • Keep the audit manager and all relevant stakeholders up to date with all audit issues and proposed action plans. • Ensure the audit process is in line with applicable standards by reviewing the work papers of the audit clerks. • Assist with regulatory compliance. • Assist with all stakeholder engagements. Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or ACCA.
- Post articles audit experience.
- The use of Caseware for audit purposes will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
