Positions: 1 | NEIS Category: Semi-skilled | Employment: Full time / Permanent | Posted: 04-11-2026 Key responsibilities include: • Responsible for ensuring all consignment details are captured on the system. • Liaising with the Debriefing Administrator with regards to collections. • Ensure all collections are captured and domestic consignments dispatched. • Assisting with the compliance of all security measures, including unpacking, inspections, quality checks, etc. • Vetting documentation to ensure paperwork accurate and complete. • Liaising with Supervisor/Operations Manager regarding incomplete waybills/documents. • Reviewing and validating all information for correctness. • Performing any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager Special Requirements: • A valid grade 12 (with at least 20 points) • A minimum of 1-2 years’ working experience in the logistical industry (added Advantage) • Knowledge of clerical duties • Knowledge of Parcel Perfect program (Added Advantage) • Computer skills • Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills. • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse cultural and social environment. • The ability to make sound decisions and to work long hours under pressure. • Proficiency in Parcel Perfect, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Namibian Citizenship. • Valid Code of Conduct (Police Clearance Certificate) not older than 3 months.
