FOM Namibia is a leading travel, luggage and lifestyle retailer. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused and reliable Store Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy sales, working with people and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Achieve individual and store sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships. Promote products and upsell complementary items. Process sales, exchanges, returns, and lay-bys on the store system. Handle card and cash transactions accurately using Point-of-Sale systems. Open and close the cash register in accordance with company procedures. Assist with stock control, merchandising, pricing, and weekly stock takes. Ensure products are correctly displayed, priced, and security tagged. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Support visual merchandising and promotional displays. Basic computer literacy. Assist with other store-related duties as required.

Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate (minimum 23 points)
- Retail experience is an advantage
- Must be trustworthy, reliable, and a fast learner
- Strong sales ability and a professional attitude
- Punctual, reliable, and well organized
- Must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
