About the role
**Introduction** To provide effective and efficient Teller services to clients. **Job description** KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAS) 1. Routine AdministrationEnsure effective and efficient execution and control of all frontline administrative activities related to Teller in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations. 2. Service DeliveryProvide excellent and timeous service in order to optimize client experience and satisfaction.Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer such opportunities and leads to the correct person or department involved.3. Operational RiskEnsure effective and efficient execution of internal processes and procedures related to Teller in compliance with the Bank’s operational manuals and circulars in order to minimize operational risk. **Minimum requirements** Knowledge/Expertise/SkillsAdequate knowledge of Banks products and services, sales and administration.Knowledge of the system, processing activities, client service, products, practices and principles.AccuracySelf-confidence and interpersonal skillsProcedure manuals of bankPassion to work with numbersStrong computer skillsQualificationsGrade 12, preferably in Accounting and Mathematics with 1 years baning experience. Certificate in Banking will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Adequate knowledge of Banks products and services, sales and administration.
- Knowledge of the system, processing activities, client service, products, practices and principles.

- Passion to work with numbers
- Strong computer skills
- Grade 12, preferably in Accounting and Mathematics with 1 years baning experience.
- Certificate in Banking will be an added advantage.
