The organization provides freight and passenger rail services, playing a vital role in supporting Namibia’s transport infrastructure, economic development, and regional connectivity. • Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. • A minimum of five (5) years’ relevant working experience in a corporate communications environment, including experience in managing in-house publications at management level. • Registration with PRISA will be an added advantage. • Valid Certificate of Conduct, not older than six (6) months. A record will not automatically disqualify candidates. • Broad knowledge of corporate communications, publications, management principles, and business strategy. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, planning, organisational, media relations, publication, problem-solving, influencing, and budget management skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, innovative, creative, and effective in time management. • Resource Management. • Promotion of Corporate Image. • Internal Communications. • External Communications. • Publications and Communication. • Administrative Duties.
