The organization provides freight and passenger rail services, playing a vital role in supporting Namibia’s transport infrastructure, economic development, and regional connectivity. • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Construction Management, Property, or an equivalent qualification, plus a Certificate in Property/Real Estate. • Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience in property development, building repair and maintenance, including three (3) years at supervisory level, preferably in a large property environment. • Valid Certificate of Conduct, not older than six (6) months. A record will not automatically disqualify candidates. • Sound knowledge of property development, commercial and legal aspects, town and city planning, environmental requirements, and applicable legislation. • Practical knowledge of building and structural maintenance, costing, budgeting, property valuation and market analysis. • Ability to develop and implement property development and marketing plans, identify investment opportunities, and attract clients. • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, planning, analytical and interpersonal skills, with sound financial and budgeting ability. • Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, goal orientation, adaptability, assertiveness and effective time management. • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. • Resource management. • Properties Development. • Marketing & Sales of Property. • Property Development and Evaluation. • Repair and Maintenance of Buildings and Structures. • Quality Management. • Internal and External Liaison. • Administration Duties.
