About the role

The Sales Consultant is responsible for the sale and growth of the full Furntech Fourways Solutions product range — air conditioning, Philips SDA, Midea and TCL television — across the assigned customer base. The role combines achievement of the sales target with building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing product information and support, training retail sales staff on the range, and the administration that supports the sales cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Target Achievement • Achieve the agreed sales targets and grow product sales across the assigned brands — air conditioning, Philips SDA, Midea and TCL television • Identify new sales opportunities and grow the range within the existing customer base • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions • Provide product information and support to customers • Maintain current knowledge of the assigned product range, including new models, specifications and promotions • Train retail sales staff on the assigned product range, so that the products are represented correctly on the sales floor • Work closely with the sales team and internal departments to ensure excellent service • Liaise with procurement on stock availability, lead times and alternative product options • Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and without delay • Maintain accurate customer, pricing, call and sales records • Any extra ad hoc task assigned by your manager. **Special Requirements:** • Grade 12 qualification • 2 years relevant sales experience in a retail environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good negotiation and persuasion skills • Customer-focused, with a proactive and results-driven attitude • Strong administrative ability • Ability to train sales staff on the product range • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • A valid driver’s licence is essential • Knowledge of air conditioning will be an added advantage **Company Contact:** Address: 4 Adolf Naruseb Street Prosperita Windhoek, KH, Namibia Phone: 083 332 0080 Website: http://https://www.furntechnamibia.com/agencies
