About the role

The HR Consultant is responsible for offering first-line HR consultation and advice across all HR disciplines within HR Shared Services. This includes ensuring the provision of an excellent experience for employees across all TFG divisions/brands. Requirements

• Deliver efficient first-line call resolution while providing an all-round superior service and excellent employee experience
• Responsible for talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, assessment coordination and placement of candidates
• Provide employee relations advice and support

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in HR
• Experience in NIEIS system

• Experience in a shared services environment will be advantageous
