**Job Summary:** A salesperson is responsible for selling products or services to customers by identifying their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and ensuring a positive buying experience. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the business. **Key Responsibilities:** • You will be responsible for promoting sales to ensure that budgets are met/exceeded to enhance profitability. • Provide excellent customer service. • Creatively, yet professionally advise customers on the most suitable products to meet their needs. • You will be responsible for creating an engaging retail experience with promotional days and displays **Educational Background and Experience:** • Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks. • Willing to work Retail Hours. • Minimum 2 years sales experience in the Retail. • Good product knowledge of the construction industry will be an added advantage • Computer literate – knowledge of the “Kerridge” computer system will be an advantage. **We are looking someone with:** • Must have own private accommodation in Okahao. • An energetic self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be service oriented, with a high level of integrity. • Good numerical understanding. • Must be a team player. • We want a natural Salesperson who is result driven and pro-active in taking action!
