Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily earthmoving, excavation, and earthworks activities. • Allocate duties to equipment operators and site workers. • Monitor trench excavation and backfilling activities for pipeline installation. • Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards. • Monitor daily work progress and prepare site reports. • Coordinate the use of machinery, equipment, labour, and materials. • Report equipment faults and operational challenges. • Enforce occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements. • Liaise with the Site Manager, engineers, and other project personnel. **Special Requirements:** • Experience operating or working with a roller compactor, particularly during backfilling and soil compaction activities. **Company Contact:** Address: JOHANN ALBRECHT STREET,ERF 144 Windhoek, KH, Namibia Phone: 08100000000 Website: http://www.cscec.com
Requirements
- [Minimum Requirements]
- Grade 10–12 education.
- 5 to 10 years work working experience
- Vocational certificate/Diploma in Plumbing and Pipefitting.
- Valid driving licence.
- Relevant experience in earthmoving, excavation, civil engineering, or pipeline construction.
- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate daily site activities.
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
