Requirements
- [Minimum Requirements:]
- Level 3 (N3) in Boilermaker
- Previous experience in a fabrication or workshop environment will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of metalwork, fabrication tools, and workshop safety
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good work ethic and attention to detail
- Assist the Boilermaker with fabrication and assembly tasks
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations
- Assist with cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, and general workshop duties
- Load, move, and position materials safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior artisans
- Assist with site work and large projects when required
- Comply with company health and safety requirements at all times
