Positions: 1 | Employment: Full time / Permanent | Posted: 28-10-2026 Job Responsibilities: • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the site. • Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies. • Report and investigate incidents of theft, vandalism, or safety breaches. • Maintain an accurate record of incidents, investigations and security checks. • Monitor access control points and maintain visitor logs. • Conduct inspections of vehicles and personnel entering and exiting the site. • Conduct breathalyser tests/assessments. • Facilitate random drug selection for testing. • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary. • Participate in safety drills and contribute to safety audits. Special Requirements: • Good communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. • Attention to detail. Requirements
- [Minimum Qualifications / Experience:]
- Grade 12
- Three (3) years’ working experience in security. Experience in the mining industry will be added advantage.
- Basic Security Training Certificate and CCTV Operator Certificate will be an added advantage.
- Emergency Response Training will be an added advantage.
- Police Clearance Certificate not older than 6 months.
- Valid Code B Driver’s License.
