About the role Packer’s main responsibility is to pack items accurately and timeously, minimizing mistakes and rectify and/or report any discrepancies in accordance with batch and expiry dates.Reponsbilities • Receiving stock from receiving Department • Once checked by the receiving checkers, it gets it packed in the warehouse • Organizes stock according to Company Warehouse stock practices • Packs items in warehouse accurately, rectify and report discrepancies • Checks packaging and expiry dates of products • Does Stock rotation when packing the products on the Warehouse shelves • Pack stock according to laid down procedure and/or instructions • Keeps track of the stock for stock taking purposes • Cleaning of stock storage areas • Adhere to Company Policies, Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures. • Adhere to Health, Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures at all times **Special Requirements:** • Knowledge of own work • Good communication skills • The ability to relate to co-workers • Flexible team player • Dependable and responsible • Be prepared to work odd hours and overtime if required to • Ability to follow and execute instructions **Company Contact:** Address: Unit 1&2, Diamond Square,Ruhr Street, Northern Ind.
