Job Position:Digital Marketing and Events Coordinator; Full time, Windhoek.Company paragraph:An Autodesk technology partner helping organizations modernize engineering and infrastructure delivery through Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital workflows and industry best practices in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing industries. We provide Computer-Aided Design products, hardware, software support and training. With a mission to become Namibia's leading ICT solutions provider.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement our social media strategy across three platforms.• Create original posts, graphics, videos and reels for each platform.• Manage our digital brand and keep website content up to date.• Design invitations, flyers, brochures and presentations.• Prepare email campaigns on training, services and events.• Plan and coordinate events, webinars and training sessions.• Manage event registrations, attendance and feedback.• Prepare Autodesk marketing development fund applications and claims.• Track enquiries and hand leads to the sales team.• Submit a monthly marketing report with recommendations.Requirements:• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design or a related field.• At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, social media or marketing communications.• Experience coordinating events, webinars or training sessions.• A portfolio showing social media graphics, written content and video editing.• Proficient in Canva, Adobe or other design tools and scheduling tools.• Strong written English and attention to detail.• Experience in the technology, engineering or B2B sector will be an advantage.• Ability to work independently and manage several deadlines. **Company Contact:** Address: 3Rd Floor, Maerua Mall, Jan Jonker, Windhoek Windhoek, KH, Namibia Phone: 0818449549 Website: http://https://imagineitsol.com/
