Job Position:BIM Specialist and Applications Engineer – Civil. Windhoek, with client visits and travel.Company paragraph:An Autodesk technology partner helping organizations modernize engineering and infrastructure delivery through Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital workflows and industry best practices in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing industries. We provide Computer-Aided Design products, hardware, software support and training. With a mission to become Namibia's leading ICT solutions provider.Key Responsibilities:• Deliver Autodesk software demonstrations using real civil infrastructure examples.• Support the sales team with technical scope for training and implementation proposals.• Prepare course exercises, datasets and training materials.• Assist with, and grow into delivering, Autodesk software training: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks etc.• Help clients apply the software and transition from CAD to BIM workflows.• Develop templates, families, libraries, drawing standards and project setup procedures.• Troubleshoot software and workflow issues and record solutions.• Provide technical content and accuracy checks for marketing, events and webinars.• Mentor and review the work of the AEC Implementation Interns.• Submit a monthly report on support, training and intern progress.Requirements:• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction.• At least 4 years’ civil engineering industry experience.• Experience in roads, drainage, water infrastructure, earthworks or site development.• Practical AutoCAD proficiency and working knowledge of Civil 3D.• Revit, Autodesk certification or BIM experience will be an advantage.• Clear communicator, able to explain technical concepts patiently.• Interest in software training, client support and improving workflows.• Willingness to travel and complete further Autodesk certification. **Company Contact:** Address: 3Rd Floor, Maerua Mall, Jan Jonker, Windhoek Windhoek, KH, Namibia Phone: 0818449549 Website: http://https://imagineitsol.com/
