Positions: 1 | Employment: Full time | Posted: 26-10-2026 The LPG Depot Supervisor oversees the safe, efficient and cost-effective operation of the depot. The role manages stock, leads depot personnel, coordinates cylinder filling and distribution, and maintains strong customer service and operational standards. • Coordinate daily LPG receiving, storage, filling, loading, dispatch, deliveries and customer collections. • Lead depot health, safety, security and environmental controls, including inspections, toolbox talks, incident follow-up and emergency readiness. • Maintain accurate LPG and cylinder stock records, complete stock counts, investigate variances and safeguard depot assets. • Supervise, coach and develop staff; allocate work and manage performance, attendance, leave and overtime. • Maintain customer, transporter and service-provider relationships; resolve queries and support timely order fulfilment. • Keep operational records and permits current, prepare regular reports, support audits and coordinate maintenance. Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years’ experience in depot, logistics, LPG, petroleum, manufacturing or distribution operations.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role, including stock management, staff supervision and safety compliance.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Knowledge of LPG filling and distribution is an advantage.
