About the role
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To coordinate, plan and conduct Driver/Operator training and monitor and evaluate the driving performance of the Drivers/Operators and develop training programs.
Requirements
- Develop and implement driver/operator training program.
- Development and implement driving and vehicle handling safety procedures and programs.
- Conduct practical driving skills assessment and evaluation of existing and candidates drivers/operators.
- Investigate driver’s/operators accidents/incidents within the division and identify training needs where applicable.
