• Greet patients, verify identities, and assist them into appropriate attire (gowns) for their exams. Explain the non-clinical process to reduce patient anxiety. Chaperon duties during certain procedures. • Safely transfer patients to and from the radiology department via wheelchair, stretcher, or bed, strictly adhering to safety and lifting protocols. • Clean, sanitize, and stock examination rooms with necessary linen and medical supplies between patient procedures. Prepare ultrasound and or procedure room for the next patient. • Assist with clerical tasks, including confirmation of fee lines, consumables used, entering data into the Radiology Information System (RIS). • Maintain a safe environment by following infection control policies, hazardous material guidelines. **Company Contact:** Address: P.O. Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Basic Diploma in Office Administration.
- Previous experience in hospital, medial office or customer service environment is highly recommended.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, active listening, and ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment.
- Ability to work independently, organize effectively and operate optimally under pressure.
