INDONGO – TECHNICIANLocation: OngwedivaClosing Date: 20 October 2026KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:- Accurately and promptly analyse guest needs, as per job card, and carry out work requested.- Identify if fault is FIR, Warranty or driver related.- Complete pre-diagnostic questionnaires as per required standards.- Repair vehicles as per diagnostic questionnaires.- Reduce comebacks, ensure Customer Satisfaction and Retention.- Adhere to TSAM servicing and repairs Flat Rate Times.- Record future vehicle repairs and servicing requirements.- Seek Foreman, Technical Advisor and Technical Manager support and advice in any difficulty experienced while carrying out requested repairs.- Communicate on an ongoing basis to relevant team members on any changes in completion time.- Additional services needed ensuring guest satisfaction is not compromised.- Maintain CE index percentages to agreed standards.- Ensure all hours and material usage are accurately recorded.- Accept responsibility for the transfer of skills to apprentices/learners by teaching, mentoring and coaching to ensure. **Company Contact:** Address: Emerald Street Swakopmund, ER, Namibia Phone: 064402403 Website: http://www.jobportunities.net
